Sumner County has many talented residents, including some very famous entertainers.  Grammy nominee, and CMA Horizon Award winner, Taylor Swift is just one of the many stars who makes her home here.  In addition, musicians, producers, singers, and performers of all types can be found in the area.  You never know who you might see around town. 

Greats like Johnny Cash & June Carter, Conway Twitty, Bill Monroe, Johnny Russell, Roy Orbison, and Johnny Walker lived here. 

Trinity Music City is home to TBN, one of the largest religious television broadcast networks.  Attend a PTL taping or concert, and see the home & gardens of Conway Twitty.

Randy's Record Shop and Dot Records made Gallatin famous on late night AM radio in the 1950's. 

The Oak Ridge Boys, BlueHighways TV and Ricky Skaggs have corporate offices in Hendersonville.

Want to sing along?  Try open mic night on Tuesday at Long Hollow Jamboree in Goodlettsville.  Enjoy live music and country dancing in a family atmosphere on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and great home cooked food. 

Highway 31E is called Johnny Cash Parkway in Hendersonville. 

Samick Music moved their headquarters to Gallatin in 2006.
